As a nonprofit, Healthy Ride is driven by a social mission to expand access to public transit through easy-to-use, affordable active transportation opportunities. Healthy Ride launched in 2015 with 50 stations and 500 bikes, and has grown to 100+ stations and 650 bikes with the goal of continuing to connect new neighborhoods to the network year after year.

A bike mechanic must have a positive attitude and work well on a team. In addition, a bike mechanic is expected to work consistently on the same bicycle, repairing all issues in a timely manner. On the job training in bike share specific components and systems will be provided. Previous bicycle mechanic experience is preferred, but not required.
